Bridging the gap betewen creative vision, operational speed, and large-scale design.
As ServiceTitan scaled, the creative tax of reinventing the wheel for every campaign and product launch was slowing the Brand/Creative team down. We needed more than a style guide; we needed a source of truth that allowed our team to move at the speed of the trades.
After multiple brand acquisitions at ServiceTitan, a push to standardize design and optimize workflows became top priority for a growing in-house creative team with increased project volume. I spearheaded the development and maintenance of evolving component libraries, brand design systems, templates, and documented guidelines in Figma.

Operational Impact
These systems established a common language between designers, copywriters, marketers, and email developers. As a result, having a component library of usable templates along with their variables reduced production bottlenecks. It contributed to cross-functional harmony, operational efficiency, and driven scalability while reinforcing brand trust and consistency. This allotted the creative team time to focus on creative strategy. Other designers have adopted the system and are adding their own contributions.
